Holt Engineering are recruiting for aÂ Administrator to join aÂ busy sales teamÂ in Ringwood. Our client is aÂ friendly professional business with a fantastic team who have been working with their customers for over 30 years.
This position isÂ office basedÂ it isÂ not remote, your application will not be considered if you do not live in Dorset or Hampshire. The companyÂ do not have the option for remote working or part-time hours. Please only apply if you live locally and can commute to Ringwood.
The working hours for this role are 8-5.30 with an early finish on a Friday. 40 hours a week.Â
This role is temporary sick cover with a chance to go permanentÂ
The pay rate for this position is Â£12 per hourÂ
As a Sales Administrator,Â your duties will be:
- Assisting the team in inputting data
- Order processing
- Dealing with incoming queries
- Updating customer details
- Contacting dormantÂ accounts and updating their status
To be considered for this Administrator role you must have:
- A great telephone manner
- Previous experience a administrator is essential
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- ExcellentÂ written and speaking English
