German Speaking Customer Service Advisor needed for aÂ permanent position in Bournemouth
This role can offer a permanent start and is paying Â£12.91ph. Company is local to Bournemouth easily accessible by public transport.Â
This role requires the candidate to speak German fluently and provide front line Customer focused service to all Distributors and End User Customers, as well as, internal support to external sales teams and managers.
Â Key Responsibilities:
- Speaking with german customers to process their orders.
- Carry out all administrative tasks
- To follow up with orders
- To ensure incoming orders are entered onto systemÂ accurately and in a timely manner.
- Answer all manner of enquiries relating to the complete product range.
- Prepare and check Export paperwork
- Liaise with other departments to process orders effectively.
- Assisting with raising Invoices for shipped goods and Credit Notes for any returned goods.
- Raising Quotations for new enquiries and sales leads.
- Liaise with various departments to answer technical queries received via telephone, email etc.
- German language skills essential
- Fully Computer literate, ideally with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Navision.
- General Product Knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and telephone manner.
- A logical mind with good common sense.
