Our client is now looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to help the business continue to flourish.
Key responsibilities for Manufacturing Manager
- Continuously improving the business including and supporting production processes
- Ensure and promote lean practices and methodology with manufacturing to nurture optimum efficiency and productivity.
- Drive initiatives to maintain a safe place of work, ensuring all activities are undertaken in accordance with company Health and Safety policies.
- Able to perform and lead daily manufacturing teams demonstrating strong leadership and situational leadership skills.
- Ensure customer communication and schedules are maintained and that customer support is maintained throughout.
Key skills for Manufacturing Manager
- You must have a good amount of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Be commercially aware with good business acumen.
- Have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation as a role model.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator with good listening skills
Benefits for Manufacturing Manager
- £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
