As we steam toward our 10 year anniversary, with recent approved supplier wins and an ever-expanding Client base we are setting up for a huge 2018 here at the Holt Recruitment Group! The last few months have seen us successfully expand all of our teams in preparation for the year ahead and in the run-up to Christmas our new guys and girls are being given all the coaching, training and pringles they need to get them at the top of their game and ready to smash it in 2018.
We’re pleased to introduce some of the new recruits heading up our sister company, Holt Recruitment which specialise in Automotive Recruitment around the UK.
Our newest welcome is to Melanie McCallion who compliments our already 6-strong Dealership and Retail team. With a solid sales background her transition into recruitment couldn’t be any smoother.
Two other consultants joining Holt Recruitment are Jason and Kieran, who will find rewarding roles for our motor trade candidates within our rewarding automotive dealerships, garages and showrooms.
Jason, an experienced Consultant will look after the Yorkshire, North East and Scotland area. He says,
“I have been made to feel very welcome by all the guys here and it’s great to be part of the Holt family who have perfected the work life balance! Bringing my hard work and dedication, I’m excited to see what I can achieve over the next 12 months.â€
Bournemouth bred Kieran will head up the East and West Midlands and Wales area. Kieran said,
“The environment at Holt is spot on, there’s always a comment to be made or joke to be cracked in the office which suits who I am perfectly; there hasn’t been a day where I haven’t gone home happy…yet.I have always been comfortable conversing with every type of person and dishing out the banter when it’s due, so I really have landed on my feet since joining Holtâ€.
