We have an opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative in a business that recognises hard work, takes care of its staff and offers the potential to go permenant in 12 weeks?

This role is on the day shift which is Monday to Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm.

As a Warehouse Operative you will:

• Replenish stock
• Pick orders
• Wrap pallets
• Book stock in and out on the company’s computer system
• Keep your workspace tidy
• Work quickly and efficiently

To be considered for this Warehouse Operative role you will:

• Need to be physically fit as this is a very busy role
• Need a good level of spoken and written English
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Be able to work at a fast pace and work well under pressure
• Applicants must have a clean UK driving license

CNC Turner Setter/Programmer – Job Role:

• To set and operate CNC Lathe machines and processes in a safe and efficient manner, especially Fanuc.
• Appreciation of machining process and best practice
• To produce parts in accordance with route cards and technical drawings, 
• Ensure all parts are produced to schedule requirements and quality standards.
• Work in adherence to the departmental procedures to achieve best in class service and maintain company quality procedures;

• Experience on HAAS machines is essential.
• Proven experience working to tight tolerances.
• Ability to write programs from scratch.
• Basic experience on Milling machines is desirable.
• To set, and operate, production machines, equipment and auxiliary equipment (where trained) ensuring setting and run targets are achieved, this will include the ability to modify programmes accordingly specifically prove out new (sample) programmes;
• To carry out off-set changes, tooling and cutting tip changes as required;
• To confidently strip and reset Tools and fixtures

TIG Welder Role & Responsibilities

• Able to Weld & Fabricate to very fine tolerances
• Comfortable working from technical drawings
• Well-practiced welding thin gauge materials around 1mm
• Most jobs will be stainless steel or aluminium
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency will be key attributes due to high-quality work churned out day-in, day-out
• Early finish on a Friday

Production Scheduling Co-ordinator

We are partnering with a well-established and well-respected business based in Dorset that is known globally for its high-quality handmade products. They have experienced continued growth and their portfolio has expanded greatly since they were first established. Our client has a dedicated team of design and production engineers who develop new products and refine existing ones to help customers develop exactly what they need, our client is now looking for a Production Scheduler to join their team
 
As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Production team.
 
 Key responsibilities as Production Scheduling Co-ordinator:
 

• Assist in the coordination of production cells, ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Creating Production Scheduling – making sure that it is followed, to achieve maximum efficiency for the company and achieve customer delivery dates.
• Production-related administrative tasks
• Maintain a continuous improvement focus.
• Assist the department in achieving on-time and in full OTIF for all customers.
• Participate in stock-take activities.

 
 
Experience and skill required as Production Scheduling Co-ordinator:
 

• Have previous experience as a Production scheduler, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Be well versed in handling sensitive documents and adhere to any confidentiality as appropriate.
• Demonstrate strong administration and computer skills.
• Have clear written and verbal communication skills.
