The duties of the General Worker will include:

• Maintaining a safe place of work, ensuring all activities conducted are in accordance with regulatory and company health & Safety policies.
• General Housekeeping of the factories and plants.
• General duties to assist RSC personnel on site.
• Arrange and document routine inspections, replenishment and cleaning activities
• Identifying and escalating any occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs 
• Maintaining company vehicles
• Keeping the yard and stores to a reasonable standard.
• General maintenance of the building, equipment and plant 

The Successful General Worker will need:

• A Driving License 
• A Forklift License is desirable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of a test techician:

• Inspection and test of electronic assemblies to IPC-A-610 standards.
• Inspection and test of electrical sub-assemblies to IPC-A-620 standards.
• Inspection and test of electro-mechanical sub-assemblies to supplied drawings.

• To provide test and product support for production activities with a ‘hands on approach’, to include initial commissioning, factory and site acceptance tests.
• To assist Goods Inward inspection department as required.
• Working on customer premises (UK and overseas) from time to time.
• Accurate completion of documentation.

The key Responsibilities of a senior test technician:

• To assist with after sales warranty/ repair and to carry out full surveys and report on returned customer equipment.

• Maintain QA records including calibration of test equipment, soldering iron’s and ESD control measures.
• Control and maintenance of Portable appliance testing.
• To assist the training of new test technicians on all products and mentoring work experience students.

As a PCB Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Goods in stage, and final inspection of electrical & electronic assemblies. To work with the quality team to aid the development of Quality Assurance documents, plans, procedures and process flows. To identify quality problems and where appropriate provide the quality controller recommended corrective and preventive actions.
 
Key Responsibilities for PCB Inspector: 

• Goods in, stage & Final Inspection of PCB’s, Electrical & Electronic Assemblies.
• Calibrated Tool control issuing & approval.
• Assist with First Article Inspection IAW AS EN ISO 9100.
• Assist in the resolution of quality-related problems.
