Salary: up to £30k dependent on experience

Location: Cirencester

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in the Cirencester area, who are looking for a Screen Printer to join their team and learn new skills on a wide variety of products.

Screen Printer responsibilities:

• To print high quality graphics and text on to batches of metalwork.
• Working with the Production Team to achieve production goals.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings which detail print features.
• Making print screens in our darkroom facility.
• Setting up manual print bench, aligning metalwork with jig and image.
• Ink preparation and clean down.
• Print production and stoving in box oven.

 
Screen Printer requirements:

• Experienced screen printer, ideally printing onto 3D metalwork.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of print process and able to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience of using 2 pack inks.
• Reliable and productive/proactive member of the team.

Technical Administrator

Salary: £30-34k dependent on experience

Location: Andover

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company in the Andover area, who are looking for a Technical Administrator to join their growing team and increased production capabilities.

Technical Administrator responsibilities:

• Check written work instructions for correctness against quotes, drawings, and customer requirements, making sure that the Purchase Orders and Terms & Conditions have been read and understood.
• Acknowledge customer Purchase orders in accordance with KPI timescales, ensuring conformity and quoting costs match.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure that the correct tooling is in place prior to issuing jobs to the shop floor. Co-ordinate the purchase of new tooling, ensuring that stock is in accordance with set levels.
• Product tracking sheets, and FAIR sheets if required by customer Purchase Order. Create T-card for job planning.
• Adhere to the PBML QMS (in accordance with AS9100 rev d and ISO 9001:2015), as well as any customer specific requirements. Ensure that potential new suppliers are fully approved prior to requesting Purchase Orders from administration.
• Assist with the recording of non-conforming products, collaborating with shop floor staff so that the correct information is captured for reporting purposes and concession requests, and that corrective actions can be put in place.

Technical Administrator requirements:

• Previous Engineering and technical experience essential.
• Able to use Microsoft office applications.
• CAD draftsight experience desirable.
