The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Conformal Coating (PCB Masking/ PCB coating) and be detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to quality 

The duties of the Conformal Coater will include:

• Set up and maintain coating equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
• Handle and store coating materials safely, including mixing and preparing conformal coating solutions as needed.
• Inspect coated components for defects, such as bubbles, runs, or insufficient coverage, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of coating processes, including material usage, process parameters, and quality control checks.
• Identify and resolve issues related to coating defects or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when working with chemicals and coating equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to continuously improve coating processes and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage coating material inventory, reorder supplies as needed, and maintain a well-organised workspace.

• VMware ESXI server and vCSA infrastructure
• Server/backup hardware provisioning
• Microsoft Server 2012 R2+ and services
• Active directory domains, security groups, permissions and group policies
• Network infrastructure, including TCP/IP LAN, switches, routers, firewall’s, and Wi-FI Ap’s
• Veeam Backups and Replication 
• Company applications, software updates and new software projects as required
• Windows laptop/ Desktop OS upgrades, feature updates,patches etc.
