We are currently recruiting for a Bench fitter for our client in Yeovil.
The role of the bench fitter will consist of:
- Deburring of machined parts.
- Balance turbine wheels, shafts and gears within drawing spec.
- Overspeed turbine wheels as per drawing requirements.
- Tapping either manual or micro tap.
- Balance match sets within drawing spec.
- Drilling and dressing of components
Experience required:
- Extrudahone ( Desirable)
- Confident with using air tools.Ability to read compass points and use measuring equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Familiarity with aerospace procedure and acceptance.
This is a double days shift pattern rotating.
Pay for this role will be up to £16 per hour.
