As Sales Administrator, you will be a crucial support to the team.

 
Key responsibilities as Sales Administrator

  • You will provide support to a busy team within the business by way of order processing, managing purchase orders, and looking after and processing requests and quotations.
  • You will be heavily involved with managing customer requests and enquiries
  • You will ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurate including order entry
  • You will be involved with setting up customer information and using the CRM system
  • Supporting all operational staff with any business administration requirements

Experience as a Sales Administrator

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must have experience within a busy business environment in the capacity of administration support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent computer skills

Electronics Engineer responsibilities:

  • Prepare and prioritise build packs and technical documentation where necessary.
  • Work with various areas of the business on NPI and NPD.
  • Assist design engineers on the design for manufacture capability.
  • Be active in process improvement suggestions and implementation for any identified faults.
  • Introduce better tooling and / or processes to help improve the production processes and hit KPI’s.
  • Sign off on and input all Bills of Materials within the company systems.

 
Electronics Engineer experience:

  • Strong demonstrable experience with electronics manufacture.
  • Degree qualified within electronics highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of project planning.
  • Understanding of configuration control and technical documentation.
  • Confident ability to communicate with all levels of business.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform final inspections of completed products, conduct internal audits, investigate quality issues, and ensure compliance with industry-specific and fire safety standards.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and continuously improve manufacturing processes, manage document control, and calibrate measuring equipment.
  • Product Compliance: Verify that manufactured products meet specifications and standards throughout production and storage.
  • Cross-departmental Support: Collaborate with other teams within the business on supplier quality checks and provide quality advice where possible.
  • Training & Paperwork: Happy to complete audits, and other necessary paperwork and train other staff if needed
