Holt Engineering are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative & Administrator for a company based in Wareham.
The company is going through an exciting growth period which is why they are expanding the team who are friendly and passionate about what they do.
The operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, salary Â£25-30,000 DOE per year
Â The duties of the successful Customer Service Representative & Administrator will be:
- Talking to new and existing customers regarding their needsÂ
- Answering general enquiriesÂ
- General administrative duties such as answering emails, taking and processing customer orders
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all customersÂ
- You will be fully trained in all of the systems
To be successful in this Customer Service Representative & Administrator role, you must:
- Must have excellent customer service skills with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Responding to emails in a friendly and professional manner
- Recent experience within an administration role is desirable
- Must be organized, motivated and able to able to work on your own initiative
- Computer literate – use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Own transport is required due to location
