Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you will have responsibility for continuous improvement of existing processes as well as developing and implementing new processes.
Key responsibilities as Production Engineer:
- Provide technical support to maintain production efficiency and quality.
- Decide and determine methods, machines, tools, and processes required for optimum production of the company’s products.
- Problem solves, be a solutions provider
- Amend planning sheets for the manufacture of components.
Experience as Production Engineer:
- You will demonstrate previous experience as a Production Engineer in a lean manufacturing environment.
- You must have experience of sheet metal, paint and treatments
- Experience of Continuous improvement, optimising process flows, operational timings, and production layouts
- Machine shop planning experience an advantage
- Engineering qualification ( HNC or higher )
- Be able to read technical drawings and CAD Models
Benefits for Production Engineer:
- Competitive Salary £42,000 – £47,000 DOE
