Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our very established client. The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting CNC machined parts and be able to use a variety of hand measuring equipment. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.

Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:
- Inspect CNC machined parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Use a variety of hand measuring equipment, such as shadowgraph/projector, hardness testers, vernier calipers, micrometers, digital height gauges, and plug gauges.
- Compile inspection reports.
- Develop and implement quality standards and quality control systems.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve concerns.
- Maintain a database of quality records.
- Participate in corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Review NCR data, specifications, and processes.
Quality Control Technician Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience inspecting CNC machined parts.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
Desirable Skills:
- CMM experience (MITUTOYO mcosmos Basic programming).
- Six Sigma / SPC experience.
