Holt Engineering are recruiting Trainee Assemblers to join a forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Lymington, due to an ever-growing order book they are looking to expand their teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to build a career in manufacturing. As a trainee assembler, you will play a key role in supporting the production teams.
To be successful for these Trainee Assembler roles you must:
- Basic knowledge of assembly, mechanicla or electrical, this can be from school, college or hobbies
- Some production expereince is preferred
- Have good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
For the successful Trainee Assembler candidate you will:
- Get a competitive pay structure
- Buy and sell holidays
- Early finish on Fridays
- Free parking
- Overtime
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30 to 4.15 pm and Friday 7.30 am to 12 pm, or; Monday to Thursday 7.00 to 3.45 pm and Friday 7.00 am to 11.30 am.
Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
