Requirements needed for this Trainee Machine Operator Role:
- Previous factory/workshop experience or studied engineering/mechanics at school/college
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop new skills is paramount to this role
- Have an active mind and enjoy problem-solving as part of daily challenges
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Previous machine experience is a bonus but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided
This Trainee Machine Operator role will include:
- Working from technical drawings
- Operating various machinery
- Full on-the-job training
