As a Trainee Technical Support Operator you will be an integral part of our technical support team, responsible for providing assistance to customers encountering technical issues with our products or services.
This role is based in Poole, working a day shift and paying £24,000 – £26,000 per annum.
The responsibilities for the successful Trainee Technical Support Operator:
- Customer assistance and diagnosing technical problems, guiding them through and troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed customer records
- Escalating issues when necessary
- Learning the products in depth
- Educate customers on product usage, features, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
To be considered for this Trainee Technical Support Operator:
- Be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and expertise
- Qualification in computer science or IT would be advantageous
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
- Good customer service skills
