To be considered for this Yard Operative role you will need the following:
- Counterbalance Forklift License – Current or a lapsed license can be accepted but only if you have been operating a forklift recently
- Previous experience within a Yard/Warehouse environment
- Be able to carry out manual handling duties
- Have good communication skills and understanding of English, written, and spoken
The Yard Operative role will involve:
- Handling all deliveries that come in/ out the yard
- Checking all incoming materials
- Completing delivery paperwork and booking goods in/ out
- Loading & unloading lorries
- Working within the busy warehouse
This company is based in Poole, the shifts are days Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm and the role is temporary to permanent.
