The operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, salary £25-30,000 DOE per year

 The duties of the successful Customer Service Assistant will be:

  • Talking to new and existing customers regarding their needs 
  • Answering general enquiries 
  • General administrative duties such as answering emails, taking and processing customer orders
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to all customers 
  • You will be fully trained in all of the systems

To be successful in this Customer Service Assistant role, you must:
